Terms and Conditions – EZ Lawn Cuts
Although our services do not require signed contracts, it is important that all customers understand and accept our policies before scheduling a service. These conditions ensure a clear, fair, and transparent relationship without misunderstandings. By requesting a service, you automatically agree to the following policies.
SERVICE SCHEDULING
Once a service is scheduled, the customer must ensure access and conditions for the service to be carried out properly. If a customer needs to reschedule, they must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling fees.
PROPERTY OBSTRUCTION
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any obstacles that prevent service from being completed in the yard. There must be no:
Locked gates
Pet waste
Vehicles blocking access
Toys or other objects
Any type of ground-level pets
If any of these are present, a $15 inconvenience fee will be added to your next service.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
Weather is something out of anyone’s control. If the service cannot be completed on the scheduled day due to weather, the assigned Pro has full authorization to reschedule for a different day without being penalized or questioned.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Need extra services such as edging, blowing, bag clippings, leaf removal, or seasonal clean-up? Let us know, and we’ll send you a custom quote based on your yard's condition.
LONG GRASS REPORTS
For first-time customers, it's important to understand that any additional fee for long grass is determined by the PRO on site after evaluating the property.
The long grass fee must ALWAYS be approved by the customer before the service is performed.
Once the PRO reports the long grass condition and the required extra fee to us, we will notify you by email and/or WhatsApp.
If there is no response within 30 minutes, the fee will be considered not approved, and the PRO will leave the property without performing the service.
If you are present at home (highly recommended), you can approve the long grass fee in person directly with the PRO, who will then report it to us.
If you do not approve the fee, the PRO will leave, and the service will not be performed. You must then contact us to confirm whether you want to cancel the service (if you have a recurring service like weekly, biweekly, etc.) or reschedule.
What is considered Long Grass?
Grass height over 6 inches: extra fee applies.
Grass between 9 to 15 inches: higher extra fee.
Grass over 15 inches: premium extra fee.
All long grass fees must be approved by the customer first, or the service will not be performed.
Important: If you are not home at the time of service, it means that you already paid in advance (via Zelle or CashApp).
If the PRO arrives and reports long grass with photo evidence, you will have 30 minutes to approve and pay the extra fee.
If you do not approve within that time, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, but the service will not be performed.
PAYMENTS
All services are prepaid. Customers can pay via Zelle or CashApp and must send payment proof before the service begins. If paying with cash, a designated person (not the Pro) will be assigned to collect the payment before the Pro starts the job.
WINTER SEASON
It is the customer’s duty and responsibility to call and pause their service if lawn care is not needed during the winter. However, if you need other services such as snow removal, please notify us so we can continue only with the required service.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Your safety matters to us. All our Pros go through background checks to ensure they are qualified. However, we are not liable for security-related concerns. If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe for any reason, you are free to ask the Pro to leave the property.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
EZ Lawn Cuts is not responsible for any property damage. In the event of damage, the responsibility lies directly with the assigned Pro, as the customer has not signed any contract or insurance agreement with EZ Lawn Cuts.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds. Since there are no signed agreements, registered payment methods, or automatic charges, each payment is for a single, prepaid service. Even if a recurring schedule is set, each visit is treated and paid as a separate service.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Satisfaction is customer-driven. That’s why only one service is required upfront. After the first experience, the customer decides freely whether to continue. There are no tricks, no traps — just transparency. EZ.
LEGAL CONSENT
By submitting my contact information, I agree that EZ Lawn Cuts or its representatives may contact me by email, phone, or SMS at the email address or phone number I provide, including for marketing purposes and by automatic dialing systems.
